Beginner Back Flexibility (4-Week Sessions)

Beginner Back Flexibility: Tricks

Work on shoulders, leg and upper back flexibility exercises and then learn different tricks such as: bridge progressions, chest stands, acro balances and variations using flexibility.

You will need some wall space, a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a chair or couch!

Skill requirements: Acro experience, be comfortable in a bridge, and an (almost) front split.

4-Week Session: September 12th, 19th, 26th, and October 3rd.

Beginner Back Flexibility: Scorpions

Registration opens on October 1st, 2020.

4-Week Session: October 17th, 24th, 31st, and November 7th. 

Parent & Tot Movement (4-Week Session)

A fun class for the little ones to get up and move around. This class will be creative danced based and incorporate fun games for your little ones and parents too. 

4-Week Session: October 16th, 23rd, 30th and November 6th

Handstand Specific (4-Week Sessions)

Handstand Specific: Press Work (4-Week Course)

This course focuses on getting you stronger to do your straddle press to handstand and working on drills and progressions to further advance your handstand technique.

Skill requirements: Acro experience, Handstand facing the wall minimum 30 seconds.

4-Week Course: September 12th, 19th, 26th, and October 3rd. 

Handstand Specific: Tuck & Straddle (4-Week Course)
