Back Flexibility Courses
Back Flexibility: Bendy Balances
Work on improving flexibility in your legs, hips, shoulders and back as well as finding your balance in bendy balances (handstands, elbow stands and chest stands). If you have your balance, we will work on progressions and variations with different balances. You will need some wall space, a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a chair or couch!
Acro experience, Bridge 30 seconds, Handstand facing the wall 30 seconds, an understanding of square splits.

Handstand Specific Courses
Handstand Specific: Leg Combos & Variations
In this course, you will work on different entrances and exits going in and out of your handstand. We will work on combining different leg positions and learning different leg movements in your handstand. If you do not have your balance yet, we will work on finding your balance and getting you stronger to do different leg movements.
Acro experience, Handstand facing the wall minimum 30 seconds.
