A class to learn and work on basic acro fundamentals such as stretch and strength, bridges, wall work, balances in the centre and tricks across the mat. Beginners are welcome!

A departure from classical dance techniques and their structured form and movement, instead drawing on modern dance techniques and newer philosophies of movement. Focusing extensively on the expressive and emotional side of dance, this style combines elements of ballet, jazz and modern dance forms, and is commonly set to popular music with or without vocals.

A class to learn and work on basic acro fundamentals such as stretch and strength, bridges, wall work, balances in the centre and tricks across the mat. Beginners are welcome!
The class will focus on honoring each individual’s possibilities and range of motion. It includes ballet barre, ballet center work, adage and traveling steps across the floor. The whole class encourages a balanced use of the overall musculature to ease the work of the joints, and align the body for optimal posture, while enjoying dance!
Drop-ins are welcome throughout the session. (except for Pointe class, progressive class, by permission only)
Ballet shoes, jazz shoes, socks, or bare feet are all acceptable. Ballet shoes may be required for performance. Pointe may require pointe shoes. Please consult instructor before purchasing.

Hip Hop is a popular, high energy dance style that teaches freestyle movements. It can include elements of locking, popping and breaking. Accompanied by the latest hip hop, rap, R&B and pop music, it is a very expressive dance form where dancers are encouraged to develop their self esteem, confidence and their own sense of style.
Indoor running shoes with non-marking soles.
Comfortable street wear/loose fitting clothing. No jeans.
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
